Agreement for ABC Lawn Care Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to ABC Lawn Care. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by ABC Lawn Care (referred to as "ABC Lawn Care", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ABC Lawn Care offers various lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, fertilization, aeration, and seasonal clean-ups. The specific services to be rendered will be detailed in a separate service agreement or work order provided to you prior to service commencement.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of ABC Lawn Care services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
  • Ensure clear access to your property and the areas designated for service.
  • Remove any obstacles, pet waste, or personal items from the service area prior to our arrival.
  • Keep pets secured indoors or away from the service area during scheduled service times.
  • Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns regarding the services provided.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for services are due as per the terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of billing. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as permitted by law. Repeated late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we require a minimum of [X] hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Specific details regarding cancellation policies will be provided in your service agreement.

6. Disclaimers

ABC Lawn Care strives to provide high-quality services. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages or issues arising from pre-existing conditions on your property, hidden obstacles, or acts of nature. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not liable for damage to items left in the service area that were not removed prior to our arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABC Lawn Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in question within the past three (3) months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ABC Lawn Care and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law
